Always a great experience, I’ve been here multiple times over the years and I’m always so happy with the results. The pricing Is better than anywhere I’ve ever seen in the work is also better than anywhere I’ve ever seen. This particular situation is worth bringing up though because I was hit by a truck on my way back home to Colorado. Having lived in Austin previously, I contacted David and he got me in the next day and his people got to work. I can’t say enough good things about his team and the quality of work they do here. Despite Insurance dragging their feet on things as we all know, they still managed to get this job done quickly and efficiently. I’m so so grateful and can’t say enough good things about everyone here. Thank y’all so much!

Yes, I am giving them a 1 star review. I bought my Camry to them after a collision. The front bumper gaps were horrible after getting it back. Bubbles under the paint with a marble like look to them and the fender liner wasn’t installed correctly. I also gave them a hood from my 2005 AMG to fix and respray. As you can see, they clearly did not polish the hood and there were multiple issues with contaminant and bubbling under the paint. The 2-3 dents in the hood were not fixed either. They took the hood back for a second respray. After getting the hood back a second time, it was decent, but still with minor issues. Now months later after letting it cure before I could paint correct and ceramic coat it myself. The amount of defects in the paint are absolutely insane. These seem to have appeared over time with the paint curing. I’ll be finding another shop. Don’t be fooled by the photos of Ferraris and etc on the reviews or at the shop. If you don’t own something high end or new, expect low quality results.

I had an amazing experience at Discount Body shop! My brand new Mercedes was hit on the passenger side door when someone opened their door and the wind caught it. I was honestly stressed about finding a place I could trust with my vehicle, but from the moment I reached out, the team made me feel completely at ease. London is incredibly professional, organized, and kind. She got me in right away for a drop-off, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. My car was done in just TWO days, and the rate they gave me was super reasonable—perfect to pass along to the at-fault party’s insurance, who had no problem taking care of it. When I picked up my car, not only was the repair flawless, but they had also detailed it inside and out. It looked absolutely brand new again! I trusted them with my new Mercedes, and they 100% delivered. The whole shop is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work—you’re in great hands here!

What a great experience! David and his staff are just amazing people. They made me feel like family and took care of my vehicle like it was their own. It always sucks when you have to bring your car in for some type of damage but they were able to take care of it in a timely manner and, my vehicle looks as good as new!

My 2015 Audi A6 Prestige was injured on the driver side. I was unable to open the door. Some Audi recommended body shops that I called had a 2 to 3 months wait-list. I could not climb over the console from the passenger seat for that long. I started visiting a few shops that I could get me in earlier. After a few I decided to bring my car to Discount Body Shop. Not for the discount (which was applied to my deductible) but because of the professional manner from the moment I arrived. The owner David greeted me and along with London went over all details of the repairs. I made an appointment to bring my car in the following week. The day of my appointment I had a flat tire and put the donut spare on to drive to the shop. I had not realized but London called and told me the donut spare had shredded on my drive there. The shop went out of their way to purchase a used tire (at no additional charge) for my car so I would be able to drive it after the repairs. That's great customer service! London negotiated and renegotiated with my insurance company for every detail. There were a few minor items that needed attention which were taken care of by the shop. My car looks great! The cust
